I’ve used Freshbooks, but switched over to Zipbooks several years ago. Both of these include time tracking per project that gets rolled up and included when you generate an invoice for that client. As a WordPress developer with multiple clients this makes it trivial to keep track of my time and expenses per project/client and create a detailed invoice.
